Does not give a speed of 1000 Mbps, although resources allow

Good day!!!

Installed the Internet. Provider planet. The stated speed of 1000 Mbit / s. The router is new. under the gig is worth. Model (SNR-CPE). Cable optics. 1 fiber. Network card for a gig. Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller. And the actual output is 90 mbps.

I’ve tried what your website says. I followed the instructions. I’ve updated the drivers. I rebooted the computer. But alas. it’s still 100. Please help me. I won’t rust)
ISP, they can not answer anything clear.

If there will be time, maybe through Team Viewer to configure? Or the problem may be hidden in another? Thank you.

Good afternoon. In your case it is not quite clear what the cause is. If at least on one device the speed was higher. And so, maybe the provider for some reason does not give speed up to 1 Gbit/s. Can that happen? Could be. There could also be problems in the router, in the network cable. The cable (which goes from the computer to the router) must be 8-core.

It may also be due to the speed and duplex settings in the network card properties. Open the properties of the network card in Device Manager and go to the “Advanced” tab. Find the “Speed and Duplex” property there. Set it to “1 Gbps”.

Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller does not deliver 1 Gbps speeds

Click ok and restart your computer.
