Problems with Wi-Fi on the Xiaomi Redmibook 14 Ryzen 5 3500U laptop

Good afternoon!

Hoping for your advice. I bought a new laptop Xiaomi Redmibook 14 Ryzen 5 3500U and I’m trying to figure out what the problem is. The Wi-Fi from my phone connects well, not knocked out, but with the home constantly interrupted. It connects, then writes “no connection” and does not see the home network at all. And on other home equipment and other computers there is no such problem.

I tried to use your instructions – changed IP address manually, tried to change the driver (only 1 Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4A Wireless Network Adapter is installed). Then I looked in windows update center, it basically downloaded different updates to me. This network driver says it fits.

I installed the drivers recommended on AMD website (AMD Radeon Software), only recently the program started to write that the versions of AMD Radeon Software and the driver do not match. Router Zyxel Keenetic Lite 2.

I’d have to look at the Wi-Fi settings on your router. Or experiment with additional Wi-Fi module settings.

To get started, try the solutions from this article: Wi-Fi is disabled in Windows 10. Change the properties of this particular Wi-Fi network, perform power settings of the Wi-Fi adapter.

You can also try to replace the driver from the list of already installed and check if the Wi-Fi on your Xiaomi laptop will disappear.

If the settings on the laptop side do not solve the problem, then try to change the Wi-Fi settings on the router. The first thing to do is to change the channel width to 20 MHz. Set the static channel of the Wi-Fi network. The type of protection should be WPA2.
